I'm a landscape photographer from Derry, Northern Ireland. I love all types of photography but for me landscape photography was on another level, something special. Unlike other types of photography you can not recreate an image.. Regardless of being in the same location shooting the same composition using the same camera settings you will never be able to completely replicate it
Photography for me is something more than just taking pictures, it takes me to places that I otherwise wouldn't of possibly considered visiting. Before photography there is no way I could of imaged myself getting up at 4 or 5 in the morning and driving a few hours take to take a picture. Standing on a beach, clifftop or a forest and having it entirely to yourself is something special. I feel extremely lucky to live in Ireland where we have one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world.
